Fixed-Fee Bookkeeping

I don’t deal with hourly rates, as this is unreliable and unpredictable for both you and me!

My bookkeeping services are based on fixed monthly fee packages, so you can budget easily without any surprises.

 

You’re out on site smashing out quotes and getting jobs done – the last thing you need is to be thinking about office overheads, or catching up on paperwork when you get home at night.  That’s why I give you one simple fee each month – no matter how many invoices you smash out, how many receipts you throw in the glovebox (I'll be asking for these), or how many times you ping me with a question. Same price, every month!

 

I’ll keep your books up-to-date in Xero, reconcile everything, sort your GST, and every quarter I’ll have your BAS fully prepared and ready to go – I just hand it straight to your accountant so they can review and lodge it quickly.

If you employ staff, that's all sorted too!  I've dealt with multiple modern awards, employment contracts, onboarding and all things payroll for more than 20 years in New Zealand and Australia.
